The service I received could not have been better, from my initial telephone call to the last time I exited the building. All staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to make sure my needs were met.

The service and experience I received really was brilliant.  I wasn’t really sure what I required for my trip and the nurse took time to go through things with me, very thoroughly. At no point did anyone try to sell me anything I didn’t need. On each of my visits I saw someone different and it was clear how thoroughly my notes and records had been recorded as there was never any doubt as to what injections I was receiving or why I was there. It is evident communication is very effective.

On each of my visits the clinic ran very true to time, never keeping me hanging around or waiting.

Although it is a very busy clinic it felt a very personal service and I would not hesitate in recommending to others.

Emcare Travel Clinic was there to provide the inoculation I needed when my local hospital could not. The staff were very kind, polite and they also took an interest into my Missionary trip to Swaziland. I look forward to sending back photos of my journey to them and I highly recommend the Clinic to anyone who needs injections before they travel.

The service was absolutely brilliant. Everyone involved from the receptionist to the nurses were extremely helpful, kind and made me feel so welcome. I also like how you can choose to pay for your vaccines individually or all at once (this is very helpful for students). I felt very safe and comfortable at Emcare and could not fault the service in any way.

The service I received from Emcare was EXCELLENT.  They made feel so at ease, as I have a fear of needles. Very welcoming and reassuring me of the procedure of my vaccinations. Right from the beginning of entering the office they made me feel so comfortable. Also, I received some great advice and the nurse answered my questions in full.

The staff are lovely. Lorna is THE most personable and friendly receptionist I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet, and made me feel not just like a valued customer, but like I had made a new friend. Shirley has a great bedside manner, and increased both my confidence and knowledge, regarding the inoculations themselves and various other considerations pertinent to the trip I’m undertaking. If you need to go private for travel vaccinations, I couldn’t recommend Emcare highly enough.

Hi everyone at Emcare… as promised some photos of my trip. I made it to the Annapurna base camp in the Himalayas and now i’m addicted, will go back next year. Seen so much of the Himalayas in Nepal whilst trekking. India was a blast, can check off Taj Mahal, Amber Fort, Pink City, River Ganges and the beach in south Goa. I am one very happy girl. Thank you so much for the security the vaccinations gave me (physically and mentally) I really have had the time of my life, will see you all in 6months for my boosters.
