The service was excellent from my first initial enquiry call to the consultation everything was very well managed, a very smooth process which made me feel very relaxed and comfortable
The location was perfect for me it was 5 minutes from my office however due to the fact it is in the centre of the city it is a really easy location to get to for people working in the centre, it would also be very easily accessible for me to travel from my home address. . I loved the building, it was extremely well maintained and clean, very comfortable environment to be in too. It was lovely to see some photos and comments from people that have attended the clinic and to see their feedback
Lorna was fantastic when I initially called she made me feel at ease on the call and supported my enquiry about my injections as I was unsure whether I required further injections, she took the time to send me some information and then that assisted me to confirm that I required an appointment. offering to look out for cancellation and calling me when she was able to secure one. Overall a fantastic service, I was very comfortable in the consultation too and I feel that I have been provided with the required injections.
